We know families usually have a full summer schedule planned. In an effort to keep kids active over the summer and get them away from computer screens we are offering flexible programming. We will host 18 Crazy Running sessions and with the purchase of one punch card you can attend any 12 sessions you choose.
This is a program designed to teach the young athlete the fundamentals of Track and Field – jumps, hurdles, sprints and distance events! Athletes will do lots of running, sprinting, jumping, bounding, stretching, speed development, endurance development, form drills, strength exercises and more! This program is GREAT EXERCISE, awesome conditioning, and speed development! Athletes are divided into groups, and all are challenged!
We will host 3 track meets throughout the summer for your kids to compete.
