Our goal is to positively impact the health of our community's youth and the future of young athletes through running. Challenging exercise is made fun at Crazy Running, and through the discipline of running, young athletes learn the importance of goal setting, mental toughness, determination and perseverance. Our programs are based around structured, time and kid-tested curriculum developed by a USA Track and Field certified coach. Within each curriculum, we strive to develop endurance, strength, speed and flexibility with unique elements of traditional workouts and the incorporation of play, which makes it fun for kids!
Our coaches are there every step of the way to guide your kids, help them learn and grow as athletes. They are there to challenge them to meet their goals, and to encourage them to always keep going.
We offer programing to athletes ages 8 – 14. We also offer Junior Crazy Running programs for 5 – 7 year olds. Our programs typically span 8 weeks, and we offer a variety of different training opportunities. Kids can choose to train with us year round. Fall 5k Training, Winter Conditioning, Spring Crazy K'z Training, Summer Track & Field, and Summer Speedsters.
Outside of group training, we guide many athletes on an individualized basis. We work with many middle school and high school athletes that are serious about taking their running to the next level! An individual plan provides athletes increased knowledge and guidance to achieve their goals. We can work with athletes to develop personalized training plans and offer specific advice tailored to individual needs.
